چکیده
The article is devoted to the description of developed automated design system for vibration-frequency density meters with a demonstration wide functionality program and interface settings. development solves problem designing meters, calculating quality factor sensitivity resonators, which provide dependence frequency self-oscillations on controlled density. lack clear methodological recommendations calibration, correction techniques different methods mounting resonator significantly limits use since tasks set require special skills, competencies both developers personnel during operation.
algorithm software package based calculation amplitude-frequency characteristics tubular using differential equation determine frequencies forms bending vibrations resonator. implementation model makes it possible not only visualize shapes, frequency, antinodes vibration nodes any range materials, but also takes into account type fastening, numerical value support stiffness, adjust placement supports that meets operating conditions while visualizing shapes oscillations, simulate distribution along entire measurement range. computer-aided has simple interface, absence necessary installation settings product more accessible in industrial environment small enterprises.
When subroutine solution free string, complex can be used string mechanical resonators sensors.

متن کاملcomputer aided forging design
in forging design the significant parameters are maximum load or energy which are required for the selection of forging press or hammer. these two parameters are varied by the other paramelers such as the geometry of die cavity, flash dimensions, shape of the work piece, friction, mechanical properties of the metal to be forged, temperature, strain rate, and number of the forging operation. the...

متن کاملComputer Aided Design of Power Transmission System
It is widely recognized that today’s demands in mechanical power transmission systems, (MPTS), are characterized on the world wide basis by an increasing variety of system combinations . This calls for the development and use of computer programs for designing such systems quickly and accuratelly . An important reason for using computer aided design, (CAD) of integrated in the design of MPTS is...
متن کاملSystem for Computer Aided Cavity Layout Design for Diecasting Dies
Diecasting is one of the forming methods which is used for producing large number of components with good surface finish by injecting cast alloys in a metal mould under high pressure. Design of a diecasting die requires human expertise and is normally performed by trial and error method, which leads to monetary and time loss. Automation at initial die design stage will result in higher producti...
